I am delighted to welcome you to our new school website and I hope you gain an insight into school life here in St Mary’s. In our school, every child matters, and we are committed to discovering and unlocking the unique personalities and talents of each pupil. We do our best to develop the physical, social, emotional, intellectual and creative potential of all the children in our care.

St Mary’s NS has managed to maintain its rural, family feel, despite being in the capital. Our school has a warm, welcoming culture of respect, inclusion and diversity. The children are happy and enjoy learning in a safe, friendly environment. We are so lucky that all of our staff get to know each and every pupil in our care and we celebrate their achievements as they move through the school.

We all know it takes a village to raise a child. Without the support of our parents and local community, we would not succeed. We are so lucky to be based in the heart of such a wonderful community and look forward to working in close partnership with our parents and community members into the future.
